Creates and initializes a TSyntKeyMapping instance.

constructor Create(AOwner: TComponent); override;
Description

Use Create to programmatically instantiate a TSyntKeyMapping component. Components added in the form designer are created automatically. 

AOwner is the component that is responsible for freeing the component instance. It becomes the value of the Owner property.
