Exports columnar block of text.

procedure ExportBlock(ABlock: TRect);
Description

Clears buffer and exports columnar block from SyntMemo. 

Top and Bottom of the ABlock parameter specify first and last line, Left and Right - logical position of start and end of block in a line.
